Atlantic fish and shell fish, the black Iberian pig famous for its air-cured hams and also providing some of the tastiest pork you'll ever try and a white wine producing area. You could say Huelva has it all!

We can provide an insight into this age-old industry on our specially designed tour, starting with a visit to a free range Iberian pig finca and dehesa, followed by a tour around a secadero (where the Jamones are naturally air cured), a demonstration on the ritual of slicing the cured leg followed by a tasting, accompanied by a chilled glass of sherry – a true marriage.
